VEVOR Steel Tire Mount Demount Tool 22.5" to 24.5" Semi Tire Changing Tool

We use this Vevor tire mount/demount tool for 22.5" truck and trailer tires, and it gets the job done. It works well on tubeless tires, and with the included bead keeper, it really helps hold things in place during the process. For a manual tool, it's efficient and saves a lot of time compared to struggling with bars or older gear. We've purchased a lot of Vevor products over the years, and the pattern is always the same — good performance at a low cost. This tool is no exception. The steel feels solid, and the finish holds up with regular use. It's not a high-end shop tool, but for the price, it’s hard to beat. Just make sure you understand how to use it correctly — technique matters. If you're a small shop or need a mobile solution for tires in this size range (22.5"–24.5"), it's definitely worth having in your setup. For the price I was skeptical, but after using it I was very impressed. I’ve changed 8 11r24.5s so far with 0 complaints about the tools.

Theses tire tools are work wonders. It has not mess up our aluminum rims at all. They are very sturdy. We were missing one of the bolts to go through one of the tools to hold it together so we had to improvise. Putting the tools together was very easy. Nothing hard at all. Great pricing.

Well in short, this is a failed invention. The hook was properly seated with great effort and grease was required for the last part of the hook to be seated (as shown in pictures 1 and 2). The Herculean effort required to turn the hook failed me; so, a multi-ton come-along was employed (as shown in picture 3). The effort in picture 3 was held for twenty minutes when I said to myself, "It is going to turn or bust." Guess what, it busted (as shown in picture 4). The device did not operate as promised for Ford van factory rims for 16" Goodyear Decathlon P235 tires. I do not believe this "failed invention" will work for any rim 16" and smaller.

After the small learning curve it makes tire changes very easy

So far after 24 tires changed everything work’s good. Only flaws are bolt connecting bar with attachment not line up perfectly.
