I'VE BEEN IN BOXING FOR 22 YRS AND HAVE TRIED MY SHARE OF MEAL REPLACEMENT SUPPLEMENTS. BEING A CREATURE OF HABIT; I'M VERY RELUCTANT TO STRAY AWAY FROM WHAT HAS ALWAYS WORKED FOR ME.THE SUPPLEMENT I'D USED MY ENTIRE CAREER, WAS NO LONGER EASILY LOCATED. WELL, ONE WKND I WAS BIKING WITH FRIENDS, DEHYDRATED AND HUNGRY WE STOPPED INTO THIS BIKE SHOP HOPING TO FIND SOMETHING TO DRINK. THAT'S WHEN I STUMBLED ON CYTOSPORT. IT WAS HOT AND WE WERE MILES FROM HOME. I PURCHASED THE FRUIT PUNCH CYTOSPORT DRINK ( NOT EXPECTING ANYTHING BEYOND QUENCHING MY THIRST ) AND BEHOLD; I NOTICED THAT AN HOUR OR SO LATER, I WAS NOT AS TIRED AS I WAS EARLIER. NOTE: I HAD NOT STOPPED AGAIN FOR REST AND STILL HAD A WAYS TO GO TIL WE REACHED HOME. THIS WAS A BIG DEAL FOR ME. SO, MY HUNT BEGAN... I LOCATED THE CYTOSPORT COMPLETE WHEY PROTEIN AND HAVE BEEN USING IT FOR A GOOD WHILE NOW. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS!!! I DONT FEEL WEIGHED DOWN OR GASSED UP. NOR DO I EXPERIENCE THAT REFLUX FEELING IN MY CHEST THAT SEEMS TO BE COMMON WITH OTHER SUPLEMENT DRINKS I'VE USED. THERE'S NOTHING WORSE THAN FORCING YOURSELF TO BELCH OR SWOLLOW AIR TO CLEAR YOUR CHEST....

This product has a few advantages over the Muscle Milk Chocolate. More protein (20g vs 15g per scoop) & fewer calories per scoop.(110 vs. 150 per scoop)The flavor is not as good as the Muscle Milk chocolate powder. It is generally lighter in texture and I think has a hint of coco-nutty flavor. The aroma of the powder is pretty powerful to overwhelming. In my opinion, Muscle Milk Chocolate has set the bar pretty high for any/all chocolate protein powder drinks.The regular Muscle Milk has tons of extra Vitamins and Minerals that this Whey product doesn't have as a meal replacement (see the image I uploaded for the label). So although you could use this product for weight loss, you wont be getting the vitamins and minerals that regular Chocolate Muscle Milk has.It is up to you, but you might want to email the company and ask if they can send you a sample of the product before jumping into spending a lot of money for a large container. I am going to finish out this container, but i think I may go back to Muscle milk on the next purchase.

If you're reading this, you're in the right place. You want a protein thats good for the money, tastes great and mixes well. With most proteins you only get 2 of those 3.CytoSport has all of them. I will NEVER switch to another protein. too bad it took me 5 years to try it out.Quick breakdown:-Cocoa tastes like chocolate. Some crazies say otherwise, but the planet im from, chocolate comes from cocoa. GREAT TASTE-MIXES GREAT. I still cant believe how well this mixes. If you happen to not mix it all the way, any clumps present are silky smooth, not puffy and dry. itsreally weird how it works but its great. i usually mix 1 scoop with 8oz of warm water and the other scoop with milk.-Protein prices are going up, but this 5lb tub should last you a while. i give it a 4 star on the price. it could be $10 cheaperDo what i did and get a blender. i was tired of my shaker cup everyday. throw in a handful of fruit,yogurt,and milk. add your protein. its an INCREDIBLE shake.

I have been using this product for 3 months now and have been very pleased with it. I have used only the Cookies and Cream flavor. I typically take two scoops mixed with 14 ounces of skim MILK and it tastes great! I mix it in a shaker bottle and everything mixes very well.My one and only complaint: You will notice that I stated that I mix this with milk. The directions on the container tell you to mix it with water. I tried mixing it with water and the taste was absolutely awful. If using milk will be too inconvenient, I'd recommend using another product.If the powder tasted well with water, I would have given the full 5 stars.

I was a little hesitant to buy the cocoa bean flavor after reading the reviews saying that it's not the same as chocolate, because most of the proteins I've been using are chocolate flavored. I'm glad I ended up with cocoa bean. I took the advice of some other comments to heat it up and it really does taste good as hot chocolate. The other thing I like about it is that it mixes very well with water. When I'm at the gym I don't really have a choice between water and milk, but it's not a problem with this protein.

This is my first container of Whey protein. Previously was using the Cookies N Cream Muscle Milk for about 2-years. The Cookies N Cream taste is slightly different than the Muscle Milk I'm used to but it's growing on me (that's why I gave it 4/5 stars). Otherwise another quality CytoSport product - I'm very happy.

The vanilla bean tastes good. I mix it with my coffee and it has the taste of a vanilla latte. In regards to performance, haven't noticed any difference as I've only been using it for a wekk.

I have trouble with digesting whey, most brands make me feel bloated or give me a headache, but not this product. I finally have a whey product to drink that boosts my protein intake!The flavor is good, it blends well with other ingredients. I have a simple recipe: 1 cup of water, 2 scoops of whey, and 1 banana; blend. You wont even notice the powder when you drink it, just tastes like a banana and milk smoothie.

I used to purchase ON Whey Gold standard but it began to get too expensive for me so I started looking for an alternative.I purchase and tried many other protein supplements before finally settling on this one.First of all, I love the Vanilla Bean flavor because it's able to serve the multiple needs of my protein powder. I use it in the morning in my oatmeal (it takes away the need to add sugar) and it mixes very well with it; same can be said for my smoothies I make with a blender. After my workouts, all I need to do is is add some water and give it about 8-10 vigorous shakes and it mixes just so easily with no clumps whatsoever.My shaker is easy to wash with little to no residue!The best part about it is that it tastes pretty good and it's not overbearing. Love it!

Mixes well in my blender bottle after vigorous shaking for about 2 minutes. The flavour gets kindof boring at least for myself, and it's not "amazingly delicious" but it's not bad.

Not like their regular whey. This one has just a little more protein per scoop, probably a better quality but the texture and taste aren't the usual. A bit watery for me. Still better than most powders I've tried.

So far so good, this stuff has helped me shed some unwanted belly fat with the help of 4 days a week of working out, I feel stronger, my muscles definetly feel tighter, helps with energy too, great taste. Price is really good for whey protein! awesome product! I would say 5/5 highly recommend!

Great protein product. I would suggest this one as it has all the 20 amino acids. Especially for vegetarians, as it contains all the essential and non-essential amino acids, it's a great source of protein for your body. I usually have it with a lot of ice and coffee, with water in a 28oz. bottle, and 3 to 4 scoops of protein. It tastes great. Go for it!
