Stopped Working after one year
Please don't buy these type of Products from Amazon, if something goes wrong with product Amazon will not help here for claiming warranty and This Hikvison is not allowing to claim warranty as it is purchased from Amazon. Here Amazon Support team will not help and they are pretending as they are helping and they took 2 months so far.. nothing helped me in Claiming warranty.Don't Depend on Amazon Support team and Amazon for claiming Warranty.

Local camera delivered on the name of Hikvison. Fraud case reported at Amazon customer care but Amazon losing customers' faith, for every question same answers are" policy constraints ". Every time customers have to suffer he has to call again & again to resolve his issues after investing money & time. No value of customers time...long wait queue & boring music. Again no information from Amazon due to policy constraints.
