Prime Bakers and Moulders Round Aluminum Cake Baking tin for Oven (7 inch)

Baked vanilla cake in this pan. The cake came out really good with a flat top and there was no excessive browning on the sides and the top. I prefer smaller pans since the baking seems more uniform and less time consuming, even at a lower temperature. It has been my experience that the larger pans should be avoided by beginners. This applies not just for cakes but for any pan for baking. Although the pan has many scratches, they can be neglected since the baking itself is not really affected.

Received much early than expected delivery time, and in very good packing. Dimensions are correct. Excellent product quality,. I have made cake with this cake tin, and really got very good results.. (much better than other providers) Its a Value for money product. I highly recommend this seller., and will definitely place order again from this seller.

I actually ordered this for making dhokla. I used to make dhokla in a steel plate, but in that the dhokla would become sticky. This one is perfect for making dhokla. The diameter is also fine (10inch = 25.4cm) and its height (2.25inch = 5.7cm) also allows the dough to rise properly without spilling outside. Pros- 1. perfect for cake and dhokla 2. perfect size (10inch diameter) and good height (2.25inch) so that dough can rise without spilling 3. arrived in good condition (I did not get any bends or dents) 4. edge is curved properly so there are no sharps points anywhere Cons- 1. lot of minor scratches on the inside, the inside is also very shiny because of which the scratches are more visible Overall this is the one to buy if you want an aluminum mould for making cake and dhokla. size is good and quality is also nice. Only one problem, that it has lot of scratches on the inside (and the shiny surface on the inside makes the scratches more visible), but the scratches are not deep (you will not feel them by hand) so it is not a big problem. Anyhow, you will most probably not keep this on your dining table and use it only for cooking cake (or dhokla) sometimes so that scratches are not a problem as they do not affect cooking. I reduced 1 star for the scratches, otherwise solid 5 stars. If you are considering to buy this then buy without a doubt.

Excellent product. These days Amazon is full of misleading product information and substandard products. However, this product is 100% what is shown in the picture and the description. You get 1 tin which is solid, lightweight and excellent for baking.
