Lilienthal BerlinWatch - 202012

Hi, not sure where to start but an awful experience with Lilienthal both in terms of the watch quality and the after service.I bought the L1 Lilienthal All Blue Limited edition in Dec 2019 and within 6 months I had to return it to there service dept. When it was returned to me, they had sent me back the L1 Original with my original ALL Blue strap! When I notified them of the error they initially said I had got the correct watch before they eventually relented... there wasn't a hint of an apology. As it was I changed my mind and kept the this 'wrong' replacement as I preferred the design face. Now a little under a year later , this watch has now stopped working as well. When I recently returned this watch, they told me I hadn't bought this watch from them! You couldn't make it up. Eventually they realised there error (again) and have now returned my watch.Overall, while I love the design and look of there watches, the quality is poor from my experience and I would not recommend them and there after service is crap....
