Works Exactly As You Would Think!
I have to be honest, I reviewed the comments on this item before I purchased it and I was weary at first. Many comments saying the pins break and it's difficult and not worth the money. I have no clue what those reviewers may be smoking on (obviously good stuff), because this watch tool worked 100% with no instructions needed. I have never done anything like this before and decided to try this on my new Bulova watch. It was a piece of cake. The item comes in a box, tear off a piece or two of the box and make a shim; insert the shim at the bottom and put the link you are removing on the shim. Once there, line up the pin with the direction of the arrows (do not go against the arrows on your watch band!), make sure you have it centered and it is not pushing into the side or mis-aligned. Once you have it as straight as you can, turn the knob to press the pin out in the direction of the arrow on the watch band. Turn the knob the opposite direction, removing it from the link, then pull the pin out of the link and remove the link. It's that simple. I do not understand how some reviewers are breaking pins and blaming the tool, that seems like user error... I did not break a single pin or even bend the tip.I watched one YouTube video and all-in-all it took me under 15 minutes, to remove 6 links. A store would charge you $15+, for something you can do for the rest of your life with this tool.

Good... but could be better
It's very cheap, so I did not have high expectations. If I was a jeweler or used this often, I would not buy it. But for somebody who may use this 1 or 2 times in their life then probably misplace it before they need it again, it's fine. The round metal plate that you can unscrew to help align the watch with the pin is terrible quality. It did not unscrew enough for me to align my watch with the pin. I just folded up some paper and put it underneath to use as a shim, which me to get the correct height on my watch band so that the pin pusher would align. Once I did that, it worked. Yes, you have to look very carefully to line it up, it has nothing to help you do that. But it comes with many extra push pins, so if you mess up, you got many more chances. Good cheap tool for DIY folks that won't use it often enough to care about buying the best tool.

Incredible
I bot a while back a nice looking band for my watch. It came with a hammer and tiny tool to remove the pins to shorten the band and it broke after 2 pins. This thing is amazing, comes with plenty of heads in the event that one breaks (none broke but after removing 2 pins mine had bent. It was still usable but a bit finiky.). Great company, great value, multiple heads so that if it breaks you can change it and keep going. Cant recommend enough.

Worked great
I had received a new watch for Christmas. I had to take some links out. I went to a jeweler and he wanted some serious dollars to perform this service. I YouTube it and saw there were these kits to do it yourself. This kit worked great, easy to use and took me about 15 minutes to set my watch band to my size. Far less cheaper than taking it to a jeweler.

Frustration and Failure: Selizo Watch Link Remover Kit Falls Short
I recently purchased the Selizo Watch Link Remover Kit, hoping it would be the perfect tool for adjusting my watch bands at home. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Despite its promising description and the inclusion of 10 extra pins for watch band link pin removal and sizing, the kit failed me completely.Right from the start, the tool felt incredibly cheap—more like a flimsy toy than a sturdy, reliable instrument. It was only during my first attempt at using it that my suspicions were confirmed: the remover broke. The pins, which are crucial for the link removal process, bent under the slightest pressure, rendering the entire kit useless. The frustration of having a watch band that still didn't fit, coupled with the wasted time and effort, left me thoroughly disappointed. It's disheartening to encounter a product that not only fails to deliver on its basic promises but also reflects such a low standard of quality and durability. In a market where reliable tools can make or break the delicate task of watch maintenance, the Selizo Watch Link Remover Kit is a stark example of what to avoid. I had hoped to save time and money by sizing my watch bands at home, but this kit only cost me more in the long run. One star is generous for a product that contributed nothing but inconvenience to my day.

Works eventually, but takes more effort than expected
★★★☆☆ This Selizo Watch Link Remover Kit technically got the job done, but it took a lot more effort and fiddling than I expected going in. The tools themselves feel decent enough, nothing outright cheap or flimsy, but actually using them to remove the links wasn't as smooth or straightforward as I'd hoped. I ran into some resistance getting the pins to push through cleanly, and it took several attempts and adjustments before I finally got the links off successfully. Part of the issue seemed to be alignment, getting the tool positioned just right took some trial and error, and even then it wasn't always a clean, single motion kind of process. Once I did get the hang of it, it worked, so it's not a complete failure by any means, but for a tool that's supposed to make this task easier, it ended up feeling more like a workaround than an efficient solution. If you're patient and willing to fumble through a learning curve, it'll eventually get the job done, but I was expecting a smoother experience than what I actually got. Might be fine for occasional one off use, but I wouldn't rely on it if you need something quick and consistent.
