目に色々と問題があり、色々サプリを試していましたが、ルティンとゼアキサンチンの配合比率及び含有量がとてもいいのでこちらを選びました。なおかつコストパフォーマンスが私が調べた範囲では一番。1日1錠で140錠入り。実感できる効果はありませんが、サプリとはそういうものという認識です。医薬品ではないですから。買い始めた頃は粒がかなり大きかったのですが、今年になって（かな？）従来の半分くらいの大きさになり、ボトルの大きさは変わらないのでスカスカな感じになりましたが、含有量変わらず、ボトルについてる粒の写真も原寸、小さい方が飲みやすいので、改良です。海外からの発送ですが毎回早く届きます。

Dry eye helper. Other than drops.
My ophthalmologist said this would help my vision and help it from being too dry. So I’m giving it a chance I eat it with my breakfast. It says to eat it with food. I don’t have any reaction to it so I’ll keep taking it. I’m on my first bottle and I’ll keep taking it until my next visit with my ophthalmologist.
