This product works great on a old 70s Sears radio with AM/FM and also a 8 track player and record player but all now I have to do is see if anyone can fix the 8 track and the record player does anyone know anybody who works on this type of old equipment but the radio part still sounds great on new speakers after 40 years lol 😂.

These plugs worked great. They were easy to setup and worked flawlessly. They arrived on time and in perfect working order.

Easy hook up and seems to hold the wires tight.

These work OK but I wish I had gotten a more traditional connector with solder terminals and cable strain relief.

Wire terminals are VERY shallow and do not hold a wire securely. Less than 1/16 inch deep!

My record player had the phono plugs that are hard wired into the unit. One of them came apart. Must be 35 years old. These plugs are easy to install and work. The plug is a simple thing, but if it breaks, you have to get one that will fit. These fit all phono inputs and outputs. Great product for repairing older equipment. These can also be very useful for speakers if the connections are phono plugs on either end.

These would be great, if they worked. I tried to put these ends on speaker cables for a subwoofer, but no matter how many times I tried to terminate and tighten the wires in the screw holes, it would not make a good enough connection for a subwoofer. All I got was humming. The idea is nice, but the execution of the product is not. *** After reading some other reviews, I’m going to say they ‘might’ work if you’re using 22ga wire for your speakers; You might get a connection through these things. But if you’re using real speaker wire (16, 14, or 12ga) and you care about the sound quality, these are NOT the solution you are looking for.

Very good replacement for logitech z407 speaker cable rca, instead of welding thing that is impossible for me to be done

Had broken RCA plug on one of the speakers to the Logitech Z4, with the source of the issue being the wire connection to the RCA plug. As I do not have a soldering iron, this was the easiest fix by stripping out the wire to find the internal left and right, then stripping those down to fit into the new RCA plug (as these are lower end Logitech speaker wires, they fit easily), which you screw into place. And the speaker is working back to normal. To the others having issues with their adapter, I feel mine may be properly be working because the Logitech Z4's structure is the power being sourced directly from the sub, which is pushing a powered output to the speaker alone.
