I mainly use this for my skin! Clears my perioral dermatitis and seborrheic dermatitis. It definitely works with a keto diet, although my intentions were to use this for the caprylic acid. Now I need to eat a little more so I don't keep burning fat. I eat clean to keep my skin clean, so, I do practically eat a keto diet. LOL

Helps you monitor your state of Ketosis, and can help alert you to hidden carbs in foods you though were keto friendly.More than once I've been knocked out of ketosis by foods that I thought were safe to eat. By using the strips to check my level of ketones daily I can avoid foods that have hidden carbs.

I started keto for the first time 10 days ago and bought these because I was afraid I wasn’t in ketosis/wasn’t doing the diet properly. I used this strip and it immediately changed colors. It took about 10 seconds to darken to the darkest color which made me feel so good that I’m doing keto right!
