I bought this vacuum because of the reviews and how it is supposed to handle pet hair. It is useless. The only way to pick up fuzz (or anything else) on the rug is to push the turbo head hard against the rug to roll up the fuzz and lint, then take off the head to suck up the fuzz using only the hose. I have to do this each time, otherwise, the pet hair just stays on the rug. This is the worst vacuum cleaner I have ever used and now I am stuck with it because the return window has closed.

I like that the suction attachment has a rotating brush on it, ensuring it picks every last bit of hair and crumbs embedded on the carpet. It's easy to store with a groove in the back of the hoover where the attachment fits.
