This brine seasoning helped make the juiciest, and most delicious, moist turkey. It was pretty expensive, BUT, it was easy and if you bought all the spices separately to make your own rub/brine seasoning it would cost SO much more and likely go to waste anyway, so it was definitely worth it. I put aside a small amount of the seasoning and combined it with some soft butter; after 12 hours of brining I massaged the rub/butter mix under and over the skin of the turkey and cooked it in a turkey bag, breast side down. Amazing, perfectly scrumptious moist turkey is what we had this Christmas!! 😋 This will likely be a Thanksgiving and Christmas tradition from now on!

I have used this turkey brine three years in a row, and at this point it is not a tradition, it is a requirement. Every single time the turkey comes out juicy, flavorful, and not even remotely dry. The garlic rosemary flavor is perfectly balanced. Savory, aromatic, and not overpowering. It tastes like you put in a ton of effort without actually having to do so. I very much liked this brine. It gave the turkey a great flavor without being over salty. I did have one small issue. My brine bag had a tiny pinhole somewhere and some of the brine leaked out and made a bit of a mess. Other than that, this is a great mix of seasonings!

Now the instructions say to brine for 12-24 hours, however, I had a 16lb turkey sit in this stuff for just over 48 hours. Using an herb butter compound after brine and dry, this turkey was THE best turkey my family has had in decades. The turkey was moist, tender, and full of flavor. I had ordered another brine kit however it was not going to arrive in time. Thankfully, this one was and I'm sure glad it did. Do not hesitate on this kit, it's money well spent!

Had never tried a liquid brine before and was pleasantly surprised. Followed the directions on the box. Our turkey came out tasty, tender and moist.

First time using a wet brine. This kit included everything. It was easy to follow with the instructions on the back, comes with a large bag and all the flavor you need for the brine. Only thing was to have some dry spices for the cooking. But I guess that’s specific to the user. The turkey was tender, tasted great and it was a crowd favorite! I’ll be buying this again!
