Keith Urban Black Label Platinum Limited Edition 50-PC Guitar Pkg - Acoustic-Electric - Black Onyx

I love Kieth Urban to pieces, but come on Kieth. I've watched your commercials and you state that it takes 30 day's to build this guitar? The quality of this guitar is embarrassing to your name. The paint was pitted, orange peel effect all over, the tuner was no where close to 440 tuning or just tuning in general. Honestly I have never seen this low of quality in any guitar. I bought this for my daughter as a gift for her promotion E4 in the Airforce. How embarrassing, I've been playing for almost 40 year's and I've never seen this bad of craftsmanship in any guitar. Well the word is out now, how many thousands of Airman, Marine's, Army on on her base? I'm shocked, on Social Security and I cannot afford another guitar for her. I'm sorry Kieth.

Everything was as expected I guess. The platinum tin has a dent in it I can't get out. The sleeve othat holds the DVD will drop the DVDs out if you're not extremely careful with it. My guitar is beautiful but has a drop of paint running down the neck and a small chip missing on one side. It doesn't stay in tune well so get used to using that tuner. Maybe it's just me but the strings are rather hard to push down on. And I'm still on disk one. 30 days I think not. Maybe if you're diligent. I'm not lol. All bad things aside it really is pretty, comes with everything listed and mines a limited edition numbered guitar (shown in pics). The guitar doesn't have the fret cutout. But I'm all right with that. Its a beginners set. My husband had me buy him an electric guitar so he can learn too... Though he wants to start with hard things like Metallica and Guns N Roses. If you're just starting out this is a way to go. Just remember there are some bad things. But there are good things too. Have last but not least this is for fun, not for playing professionally.

The tuner did not work. And does not work. The restraining tab for the internal wires had come loose. All in all it’s a great guitar for the price. Going to keep it anyway thanks

The guitar sounds good. The DVD series seems to be well put together. However, other Player by Keith Urban packages include a chord chart poster and cost less. I don't know what's "Platinum" about this particular package but I think I overpaid just a bit considering what I received. Still, all in all, I'm satisfied. I just wish I had known precisely what 50 pieces were included.

This was a Christmas gift for my son. He was not a beginner, but really liked how this is setup and the guitar. He practiced almost everyday. Really enjoys it. It was a great gift! Glad I purchased it.

The paint on the guitar has runs and build ups. Not a smooth or attractive look. Disappointed with that, otherwise i am enjoying the guitar. A few people have said the runs make it look cheap even though it seemed to be a good guitar.

There is something loose inside the guitar and rattles when you shake it softly.Also the tuner on the guitar is not true to key so I tune it with separate tuner.

Nice guitar, but for them to say that you can learn 30 songs in 30 days is very misleading, you would already have to know how to play the guitar. The best part about the guitar itself is that it has a built in tuner.
