Is this 100% Pure Acetone?

yes there is no ingredient, it is just pure acetone.

Besides acrylic will it take of the gel polish?

It wouldn’t take off my gel polish. I first tried 15 minutes with my nails wrapped in cotton & foil, then added more solution for an additional 10. I essentially peeled part of my nails off. I assumed all 100% acetone was the same, I was wrong.

Does this remove the whole acrylic nail

If the main topcoat is buffed off, and the nail is soaked in the acetone long enough, it might.

Could this be used as a solvent or thinner for superglue or acrylic plastics?

I have not tried it that way but it does dissolve acrylic nails which are plastic, my answer would be yes.
