Omega 3 Wild-Caught Fish Oil + CoQ10 with Natural Lemon Flavor, EPA & DHA Omega-3 Fatty acids, 60 Softgels (1250 mg Omega 3s and 100 mg CoQ10 per Serving) (Previously Amazon Elements)

I bought Amazon Elements Omega-3 Fish Oil with CoQ10 after comparing labels with several higher-priced brands, and honestly, the ingredient profile is essentially the same. Same core omega-3s (EPA and DHA), added CoQ10, and proper dosing—just without the premium-brand price tag. From a technical and clinical standpoint, omega-3 fatty acids are well established for: cardiovascular support reducing inflammation supporting brain and joint health improving lipid profiles The addition of CoQ10 is a smart move, especially for anyone concerned with mitochondrial function, heart health, or statin-related CoQ10 depletion. This makes it a more complete cardiovascular supplement rather than just basic fish oil. One thing I really appreciate is the natural lemon flavor. Anyone who’s taken fish oil long enough knows about the dreaded fishy burps—this completely avoids that problem. I’ve had zero aftertaste issues, which makes staying consistent much easier. Yes, the tablets are on the larger side, but they’re surprisingly easy to swallow. The coating and shape make a difference, and I’ve had no trouble taking them daily. I haven’t had any stomach upset, reflux, or unpleasant side effects, which matters when you’re taking something long term. This feels like a clean, well-made product, not a bargain version that cuts corners. Bottom line: this delivers the same benefits as the expensive brands, tastes better, and costs less. Omega-3s are something most people should be taking consistently, and this is a straightforward, no-nonsense way to do it. I’ll continue using this and would absolutely buy it again.

This is great stuff. I feel like I'm really getting the nutritional benefit that I should be getting from it. Amazing

No fishy after taste and it did not up set my stomach

Product was delivered and I retrieved the product shortly after it was delivered. Upon opening the bottle the capsules were stuck together and I couldn't get them out. I decided to put them in my freezer for 30 minutes to see if chilling the pills would allow them to separate. I tapped the bottle on my countertop and a few fell out unharmed. Continued to keep tapping the bottle and the all separated.

Easy to swallow no burps or discomfort. No taste

If i could give 0 stars I would. These made me so sick, it would make the sugar free gummy bears look like child's play. I had to call out the next day from work. I was farti g so bad I was dreaming about how bloated I was. I felt like the blueberry girl from willy wanka. That's not even the worst part. I was burping for 6 hours straight. My birds smelled like rotten eggs. And I litterally wrapped my pants because the diahrea was so bad. I tried to contact customer service but I got the run around. I will be trying to call again in the morning. If you want to feel seriously ill take these. What a nightmare.
