Good product, delivery issues.
Despite being advertised as being a "pack of 4" and despite the adhesive label on the cling film these were wrapped in stated "pack of 4", the packs were in fact only three.To add insult to injury, I received the chocolate ones.

Many biscuits were crushed
A common feature in all 4 boxes of biscuits was crushing in 4/9 of them on each box, suggesting poor handling when storing or delivering. On the contrary, when purchasing from the supermarket shelves no problem can be found.

Missing one box!
The biscuit is wonderful, but it says pack of 4, but they sent only 3!!

Very very tasty
Reminded me of decades-old holidays in Italy so was surprised to find them again after so long - they are absolutely delicious - arrived when expected and totally undamaged
