Tastes great & has good health benefits via the ingredients they put in
It's Really good it's basically an actually tasty version of Cod Liver oil that has other health benefits in it due to what they put in it besides that like Vitamin A, Vitamin D, Fish Oil(Omega) . I just wish the price was a little lower but it's good stuff I always try to buy one
