I have a vintage Japanese Les Paul that needed new pickup rings after installing new electronics and pickups in the guitar. The originals were cheap plastic and cracked when removing them (not my first negative experience with stupid plastic pickup rings).I was looking very specifically for gold pickup rings to compliment the other gold accents on this nice, vintage guitar (and because I replaced the stock gold pickups with black seymour duncans which made the guitar look too black). I scoured Amazon and ran across these and instantly ordered them for their low price.I am highly impressed. They look great, and they are made of a solid metal material. No more cracking/bending stupid plastic pickup rings. They're probably outlast the guitar.Note, if you order these; they are very very thin, like maybe 1/8th of an inch. I had to drill out some wood for the bridge pickup adjust screws because I had to really raise the bridge up a lot to compensate. Hardly a complaint, though. I think they look great and I would like to order more for the rest of my guitars.

The products is made nice. Solid metal with chrome platting. However, 2 issues. The most important was the holes in the rings didn’t match with the predrilled holes in the body. Enough where I would have to redrill into my guitar body. Nope, returning... The other issues was the chrome had a minor defect in the chrome platting. A blemish. Maybe I’m a perfectionist, but if I’m going to upgrade, I’m going to do it right.

I like these metal ring mounts for both look, appeal, and durability. I have bought many more since this order and have used several to upgrade or accessorize my guitars.

Super thin fits perfect, I had a guitar that’s action was too high because of the pickup cover and this was an easy fix should of done this years ago, I got the chrome color which really went well with it too, as soon as I lowered the action on my guitar I fell back in love with it thank you

Not much postive to say here. These are thin the finish is garbage. They shipped them horribly in the same bag which allowed for gashes in finish. Will return these if i cant easily polish it out
