Will this work for my 6.7 Cummings ?

Yes it will. We have 4 trucks with the same engines. We do our own oil changes. It works great!!

The actual product amount is only 42 gallon. The weight of the oil is 9lb per gal. And the epty barrel weight is 50 lb. total product weight is 430?

Your math is wrong. A gallon of motor oil is 7-7.5 lbs per gallon. I have received several drum of this oil and they have always been full 55 gallon drums.
