These seem to do what they’re supposed to do, and are good quality. They dissolve fast and don’t stick in my throat as long as I drink water first and as I’m swallowing it. My husband and I have used these for over three years, and would recommend them. We have a subscription to have them sent as needed, so we don’t need to remember to buy more before running out. It’s a good product.

He might be able to get away with just taking MK seven as it has a much longer half-life 100 µg per day should be just the right dose. When mixed with vitamin D3, it will help get your calcium out of your arteries and into your bones. But make sure you get the MK seven.
