I have only had this heater of a day but I already love it. I have been wanting something that I could start in the early hours of the morning so when I get up my room has the chill out of the air. I don't have heat in my room and I like it cold when I sleep, but it isn't very nice when I get up to a cool room. I can program this heater to come on an hour or so before I get up and the chill is out of the room. I absolutely love this thing, I set the thermostat at a certain degree and it circles on and off. Can't say enough how much I love this thing. I don't know how durable it is but I bought the 3-year Protection Plan, I have no problem believing it will last me for years to come.

I purchased this portal heater and really really like it. It's small, light weight and definitely blows the heat out. When it arrived, the box said Air Choice, not Trustech which was confusing to me. Bottom line...it's the same heater sold by Trustech (called Amazon to confirm). It has a programmable shut off, tip over shut off and the outlet plug did not get hot after running for an hour. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase :)PS...I included several pics!

UPDATE- I have to say that Customer Svc Team Truly cares....While I DID NOT receive the free surge protector I was told was sent(For filling out a survey) I DID recieve A REPLACEMENT HEATER FOR FREE and told to not worry about sending the original back! While customer service deserves a 5 the product I rate a 4 because it takes a PhD to figure out how to program it... I’m “older” and for the life of me find the instructions for programming. of little to no use. So all I can do is turn the back power run and let it stay at 86 F the entire time! So while customer service is great ...the selling point (to me) for making my initial purchase was not met by the inability to use the program feature! Thus a four on the productThis is the first space heater that I feel entirely safe with because of its enclosed design and that it stays cool to touch. I received it in a timely manner with a small booklet on what each button on the heater and remote are for, BUT NO INSTRUCTIONS on how TO PROGRAM the heater.Just as other reviews state, certain buttons featured on the heater don’t function at all. Myself like other reviews, ONLY HAVE THE ABILITY TO TURN OFF AND ON FROM THE BACK OF THE UNIT. Due to that fact the remote control is of no use. Furthermore, void of the manner on how to program, inclusive of features and buttons that do not work, the unit STAYS AT ONE TEMPURATURE 86 degrees ALL THE TIME.While a small booklet is included, on the purpose of the buttons on the unit as well as the remote the obvious need for instructions have been overlooked.In closing, while there areA) NO INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PROGRAM AND USE THE HEATER TO THE CONSUMER’S ADVANTAGEB) BUTTONS / FEATURES DON’T FUNCTIONC) STAYS ONLY ON ONE TEMPERATURE THE ENTIRE TIMED) MAY ONLY BE TURNED OFF AND ON FROM THE BACKE) THE REMOTE HAS NO USE DUE TO THE ABOVE REASONSAlthough I’ve only had it 4 days I may be a numbskull and purchase another one because it is winter and does put out heat! Customer service does respond within a 48 hour period. They sent me another remote (for some reason) which was nice but I still gained no further knowledge...thus this review.

Plugged unit in and ran for one hour in cool, not cold, room 10 x 10. House about 55 degrees inside, 45 outside. Blower is weak, heat coils aren't great. Was set on 79 degrees. Never shut off, never warmed room. Sat in chair next to heater could not feel much heat distribution but coils were red and blower active. Bought to replace one small Walmart heater of same 1500 watt as this unit to see if could replace another 1500 w unit to cut down on electric use. Found this unit to be inferior to smaller unit already had. Unplugged, put back on smaller old unit and within 20 minutes room was back to usual comfortable temperature with old Walmart heater. If you want a a decent heater, this ain't it. My $20 Walmart heater works much better. Returning this one, keeping older one and staying warm with same configuration had before.

I bought this heater to replace an electric heater that stopped working and I am very happy with this product and its performance. It is surprising compact in size and im thrilled that it is able to heat the large area I bought it to heat as cost effectively as it has. Also it is has convenient digital tempature setting and the option to turn it on at 2 different times during a 24 hour period. Changes to the heater can be done on heater or by remote. I would recommend this heater. A the reviews on this product are true. I got exactly what I thought I was buying except it was more compact but that it a great thing, it less noticeable compared to a bigger and bulkier heater it replaced.

It warms up a large room very well. Have to set it to low at night or else it's too hot. It doesn't make any clicking noises to wake you up at night. I like it. The outside doesn't get too hot
