Love that it's sturdy- both the leash material and the metal hardware, also love that it can be used for one or two dogs. Extra details in case it's of interest: We have 3 dogs (all rescue beagles) so I really am comforted by having a versatile two-dog waist leash like this. If you don't use the end part that makes it for two dogs then it's for one dog. I bought two sets so that gives me lots of interesting options. Our dogs are so nervous that I can't use a double leash to walk them for more than a minute since they spin around my legs in an instant, but I use this double leash out in our front yard actually when I'm gardening. I have one of the around-the-waist parts around a cedar tree. Then I walk two of my dogs out to the front attached to my waist (just managing to get tangled up only 100 times) then I clip the two beagles to that waist part that's around the cedar tree. Then they sit there and make mischief eating things they shouldn't while I garden. It's as close to perfect as I'm going to get. :-) Just a cautionary note if you're using them in this odd way I do, keep in mind that although this leash & hardware seems big and sturdy, you need to make sure your dog harnesses are on tight and cannot be slipped out of by your pooches. So since then I bought a better harness for one pooch.

 I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to walk my 70 pound lab and 56 pound retriever at the same time, however the leash was perfect. The dogs did not get tangled and they quickly got into a rhythm. I also like the fact that the leash has the seatbelt buckle which is a great benefit.

I was very excited to get this in the mail because of the great price (a competitor is double the cost!) and one of my dogs, a husky mix, pulls a lot to the point that I would get rope burns (definitely needs obedience training too). With the hands free leash and front harness he pulls considerably less. However, on the occasions that I've had to pull him back (e.g., to prevent him chasing a rabbit) the lack of padding on the handles/flexibility of the leash hurts my hands. Perhaps if you wear gloves it wouldn't be much of an issue, but I know when it's summer time in California my hands will hate me for it.

We have two medium size dogs who love to pull in separate directions when they are each on their own leash. I was worried I would drop one of the leashes from the pain it caused when they pulled.This product is the answer to dog walking harmony! They adjusted quickly to walking side by side and pull MUCH less because the other won't let it happen LOL.Another reason I like the leash around my waist is when they decided to change direction and walk behind me, the leash just spins with them. No twisting, turning or spinning to regain direction.This product is made very well. Great quality! I've already convinced one friend to try and buy :)

This is a very good quality leash. Sturdy. And easy to use. But unfortunately, I have to return it only because it is too heavy for my Greyhounds. It would be great for dogs that are bulky and over 100lbs. This is not a leash for ‘delicate’ dogs. But I definitely would recommend it otherwise.

Makes walking my two 60 pound pups a breeze. Their weight is now distributed so instead of pulling me in separate directions, they are pulling each-other. After a few minutes they figured out that wasn’t working for them and started walking together nicely. Love having the second traffic handle when I need to pull them in closer, and the bag holder works well. Handle feels good and the leash seems strong.

I have an injury to my wrist and that makes it hard to walk two dogs. This frees your hands and helps my left arm and shoulder to take the pressure off since I cannot use my right arm. Only draw back is the waist belt loosens as the dogs pull so I have to tighten it every few days.

I like that you can use the hook ups in a variety of ways. I use this everyday. It’s jot as sturdy as I would like. The first good pull from my 100 pound golden retriever broke something on the waistband.
