Question 2

is the product organic?

Accepted Answer

Hi Natasha - Thank you for your question. Further Food Premium Gelatin Powder is sourced from the highest quality grass-fed, pasture-raised cattle, both hormone-free and antibiotic-free. Our cows graze happily on hundreds of acres of grass. In addition, all of our products are manufactured in an NSF cGMP facility and undergo rigorous quality testing for pesticides, heavy metals, and other contaminants. We'd be happy to chat further if you'd like to message us at the Amazon Messenger Center. - The Further Food Team

Question 3

Can this be used for making jelly or jam?

Accepted Answer

Hi AK - Yes! Gelatin can definitely be used to thicken jelly and jams! You can use 2 tablespoons of gelatin for every quart of berries. You would add the gelatin mixture (gelatin dissolved in warm water) to your berry mixture after the berries are boiled and before you stir in the sugar for the mixture to set. Let us know if you have any more questions and head over to our furtherfood website for more recipe ideas! - The Further Food Team

Who certified it as kosher?
