Great product...
These prebiotics work great. The price is reasonable. I take these with a probiotic first thing in the morning and I have no issues with my IBS. I love this brand.

Get them if you’re having issues with irregularity
I’ve recently had issues with irregularity. There was a point where I didn’t and couldn’t have a BM for six days (which finally taking miralax every hour until I had one, helped). I went to see a gastroenterologist and had a colonoscopy and all checked out okay; which didn’t help me at all because I would go 4/5 days without a BM. Mind you, I do HIIT for fitness training and cycling (5 times a week). I eat pretty healthy (stay away for the most part from fast food, sweets, etc) Anyway, my Dr prescribed Citrucel with Methylcellulose Fiber and a probiotic (Culturelle). Nothing. I started researching to see what can help naturally and started adding chia seeds to my yogurt; Nothing. I saw or read about prebiotics and then researched its benefits. I then researched the best brands and Swanson had great and amazing reviews. I was skeptical but was willing to try anything. I kid you not, first day I took it (first thing in the morning on an empty stomach with my probiotic) I had BM 3 times. Today is my second day and I’ve already had a BM three times! Try it! You have nothing to lose.
