Hard plastic eventually broke
I've tried quite a few of these nasal dilator types of devices. This one worked the best at accomplishing the goal of making the airway larger to make breathing easier, BUT it was also the most uncomfortable style I've used. The plastic is quite rigid and almost sharp, and after a couple weeks I would get a sore nose on the inside. After a couple months of use it cracked and broke so I went back to the wing style I was using before. FYI, the cone style worked the least well for me--didn't want to stay in all night, and made a whistling or other noticeable air intake sound while in use. Hope this helps, and best of luck in your search!

The best so far
My hubby has a deviated septum and a narrow nose to begin with. So I used to buy those "nose strips" that stick to the nose with glue.. I also tried other products (such as those that looks like cones) -- all were mediocre at best. This product is fantastic because it is REUSABLE (can be washed) and it can be ADJUSTED (by using a scissors to make it smaller with those with small nose). The only negatives are 1- cost, since it can be a bit cheaper then $15 and 2-after about eight to ten hours, the nose does hurt a little bit. But it is all worth it since it really allows you to inhale fully. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED -- you will not be disappointed.

cost
While I like the dilator, I am frustrated with the cost.I have tried to buy multiples in the hope that I'd at least reduce the shipping, but they are apparently only available as singles at a time.I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but I don't think so, so I'll probably stop buying them simply for that reason.I like the product, don't like their ordering policy, and for the life of me, don't understand why they would knowinglyalienate an otherwise happy customer with a customer-un-friendly position. Please contact me if this would change. Thank you.

Best nasal dialator available
I have tried all sorts of nasal dilatators because I have chronic congestion in both nostrils. This one is definitely the best! No... I am not just saying that. It opens up the nasal passages wider than others without actually obstructing the flow of air. The only drawback is that is a bit panful to install. However, once its in there, you get used to it very fast and after a while you forget its in. Really, try it. You can only try it in your nose to be sure.

Don't waste your money
This product comes with two sizes, one was far too big for my nose, the other fit okay. The problem is getting it into my nose was burdensome and then I could feel it in my nose. I was unable to sleep because of how distracting this device was in my nose.

It works!
Got these for my husband for a trip and I only heard him very little as we sleep. They were easy for my husband to use and they were easy to wear.

Not great
I hate that you get 2 different sizes with no option to purchase the size that works best...seems silly. It's a waste.
