Covers the ears, yay.
The only thing I'm a little concerned about is how warm it will be in the wind. It's been in the 40⁰F (4-6⁰C) and been great. But it hasn't been windy yet. I bought the hat for an Alaskan Cruise, where I know it will be windy and rainy. The bill on the hat does a pretty good job of keeping the rain off my glasses.

This is rediculously super nice for the price!
My goodness, I didn't expect it to be this nice, good quality, fleece lined and generously sized. As soon as I received it, I immediately ordered another one, before they become unavailable. Addendum, I just received the 2nd hat, (black) and it is just as nice as the grey one I first purchased, but I did notice that the black one is smaller than the grey one, both fit me but the black one is a little snug, so be aware that the black is a small while the the grey is a medium-large size.

I totally love these Style of Beanies.. They are made very well and it doesn’t let the wind through to my ears! Very small
I ordered the black hat, and it's very small and fits tight. I've noticed other reviewers have indicated the black hat is small, so buyer beware! It's not un-wearable but I would have preferred it to fit looser.

White decorative Baseball Cap
I often wear baseball caps so like the design. The only problem I have with this item is that the beak part where it connects to the rest of the hat often pokes out and this hat is not lined in anyway which might have resolved that problem.
