It says curtains come in pairs i only received 1 curtain weres the other one ?? i cant just put one curtain up.

Go to the company and explain what has happened. There is usually a pair of curtains per pack.

are these curtains seconds?

Hi there they haven't been sold as seconds . I purchased 3 pairs. 2 appear to be perfect. 1 pair had a minor hem defect but was barely noticeable. I am happy with the overall quality and fit. I hope that this helps.

Are these curtains blackout?

Mine weren’t because I didn’t want blackout. They may offer a choice. I sent mine back because the colour was much duller than in the picture.
