Bollywood goes down the pit
One lonely and dejected man who feels he needs to suffer to atone for a past mistake, a greedy mine owner and very dangerous mining conditions are the ingredients for this fantastic film. What a different but amazing part for Amitabh Bachchan. His portrayal of the character was brilliant so much so that you really sensed the self-loathing he felt coupled with the genuine care he had for others . What a performance.This DVD has English subtitles but you could easily watch it without and still get exactly what is going on in the film. If you love Bollywood, foreign films generally or Amitabh Bachchan, get this DVD.
