The quality of materials is nice and I like the size and how compact it is. But it hangs to loose around my neck to stay put - even with snaps closed to smallest setting. And the foam is too soft, not offering any real support to hold my head up. I love the idea of this type of pillow - just needs to be MUCH firmer to be effective.

I tried using it on my flight to Hawaii two weeks ago, and it didn't work at all. It's bulky, awkward and very uncomfortable. It was more comfortable without it. I bought 2 of them, and my wife doesn't like it either. A total waste of money.

The stuff sack has pulled apart not allowing the travel pillow to be fully secure in the sack. The pillow is unconventional yet comfortable even while wearing over the ear headphones.

I love how soft and comfortable the memory foam is. The clasp allows you to adjust the neck. The hoodie is wide enough to cover my entire face and not just the eyes. I would recommend this for all travelers.

I just did not like to feel, when the back was up my head was forced down making my neck tired. Put that back piece down then it was between my shoulder blades which was not real comfortable for me. The hood was nice for keeping stewards and stewardesses from waking me and asking if I wanted a drink.
