Perfect fix for short trailer cord and offset vehicle plug
The Toyota/Lexus factory trailer socket is offset significantly to the left of the trailer centerline. Any trailers with their cord sized to work with a plug inline with the ball will have a serious problem in the first right turn. This cord is well made and does the trick. The 7 pin plug has an advantage over the flat-4 that it is retained by the cap when inserted properly and can’t wiggle loose.

the perfect harness for my needs
i bought this to hook up an electric jack were installing on our boat trailer. this is a 26' boat with a heavy tongue. the electric jack has a flat 4 prong plug so i got this to hook to my 7 pin plug on my truck and plug into the plug on my jack.i also have a short wiring harness on my other boat trailer. but with nthis harness i can just plug into the 7 pin connector on my truck and plug the 4 pin plug up to my boat trailer.i recommend this for anyone who has a short harness or uses anything with a flat 4 pin plug.

If you want a true 5' then buy the blue one made by Curt!!! Because I bought a total of 3 Adaptor Harnesses and the only one that was true to its length was Curt! Screw all the others!
