Excellent multivitamin supplement. Natural ingredients, I had no negative side effects. I also like that it has 25 mg of b6. Customer service is top notch. They are active in making sure that you are satisfied with the product!

I compared them to the multivitamin I was currently taking. The daily percentages were higher in every category. But who needs thousands of a percentage of.... anything. If I remember my high school chemistry teacher correctly, you just pee out the extra (hopefully). 100% of daily needed is all that you need. 500%, 1000%, 2000%... is more than you need!On the other hand, there were some vitamins in this that weren't even in my regular multi-vitamin. I'm going to look into that and see if they are something that is doing me more good. I'm all for more help with my health.

Although Nutri Supreme makes an excellent kosher product, I was not happy with the Active 50 Plus. First of all, I found that if I took it at night I would get extreme stomach pain. I decided to take it with my dinner but this still didn't help with the pain. I ended up taking it with my lunch meal and that helped. After having taken it for approximately 45 days I had my vitamin levels checked when I went for my annual physical. My B12 levels were abnormally high (they have always been normal). When I looked at the vitamin bottle I saw that B12 was 500mcg or 20,833% of the Daily Value!! I immediately stopped taking this vitamin and I would recommend that any one who takes it should have their B vitamin levels checked.

These are a convenient daily multi-vitamin that have high content (way more than daily recommended dose) of the vitamins people like to load up on, like vitamins D and B. All the B vitamins do give you a bit of energy so these are best taken in the a.m. Easy to swallow and absolutely no stomach upset.

I'm a big boy, and am trying to find a Multivitamin that helps me with my gut health, and to have more energyI've been taking these for a while, and so far, they seem pretty good! I'll post more as this goes, but yeah, it works, even if the capsules have a "put together in the bathroom of a club" look to them. So far so good!

The media could not be loaded.  These would be good for most adults, but especially good for those with iron deficiency.They have no iron, but the extra folate and B12 are need to help with iron saturation.Both help with red cell production.As someone with iron deficiency anemia, my doc already has me on B12 supplements.Iron also. The folate in here should help as well. The absence of iron in these multivitamins is good - iron should be taken as a separate supplement only by those that need it. Too much iron can be harmful.After a week of taking these, I do think I'm seeing an energy improvement.My only issue is that the price seems to be on the high side.

My husband has been taking these. He feels pretty good on them and finds them easy to swallow with no stomach issues. He is happy with them.

This is a pretty good basic vitamin and mineral supplement. It isn't comprehensive but covers most of the basics. The brand is pretty popular and known. Price is on the slightly expensive side even if it is a two-month supply.
