PEA works wonders with fibromyalgia and crps
Love this brand of PEA because of the 600mg capsules. You only need to take 2 per day. After taking for a month, reduced crps pain and "wind up". IBS symptoms gone as well. Slightly more relaxed and sleep improved. Will not stop taking PEA.

Did nothing.
I took this at the dosage recommended in scholarly articles, for six weeks, at the suggestion of my doctor and it did nothing.

Love this dosage
Love this product, taking for the anti-inflammatory effects and histamine intolerance. Mast cell expert recommended 30 mg/kg per day divided dosage. Working well!

Not sure if this is helping.
Giving this a 3 might not be fair. I was started on this plus a bunch of other meds by my pain management physician, but I'm not sure ANY of them are giving much relief.

Didn't work for me
I had sensitivity to this brand of PEA....probably from Soy or Peanuts, both of which I am allergic to. So disappointed since I was trying to use PEA to wean off of Gabapentin.

Been taking two capsules/day for 33 days now and have not noticed any improvement in my neuropathy,
