I totally Love this product! This has saved my summer! I have a wound on my leg and this has kept it fully dry for swimming . It fully seals the leg water tight and is very durable. It stays in place and is the most comfortable of a few other products that I tried.

I managed to break both ankles in 2025 at different times. This was so helpful, I wasn’t worried about the cast breaking it because it was stretchy. It fit well, was pretty easy to put on and as it’s rubber it adjusts to your leg well. Plus being water proof was a bonus.

It fits AND most importantly keeps the cast dry. Much better than taping a garbage bag to your leg.

They work, but they tend to roll at the top. And, really tight at the top. I made sure my measurements were correct for Adult large, but they were very tight at the top. Maybe should size up. They need to be tight to keep water out, but maybe a size up would have been more comfortable for me. Otherwise, they are absolutely as good advertised and work great. They also dry fast and are well made with industrial strength rubber.

Went the resort pools and it worked beautiful. Ease to get on and off and kept the water out.

While recovering from an incredibly stupid leg injury, I've had to wear a lower leg soft cast that can't get wet. It is currently 11 bazillion degrees where I live, and showering is quite important. Other cast covers are plastic with some elastic over them, and back in the day when I had to wear a full length leg cast for weeks, they didn't work well. I saw this silicone thing and thought... that can't possibly work, but here, take my money. It's pretty much a one size fits all thing and looks like a wet suit for a hammerhead shark... and once again, I thought... this isn't going to end well. Call me shocked and very surprised to slip that thing on and have it literally adhere to my upper leg comfortably, but confidently tight. Since it is one size fits all, it's HUGE, so be careful getting into the shower, it can be a bit slippery and there's extra stuff flopping around, but no leaks. NONE, perfectly dry! I towel it off, then hang it on the towel rack to dry for the next day. Lightweight, comfortable, and best of all, no leaks at all. It's a bit "fragile" so be careful not to puncture it, but overall, this is a life saver. Easy on, easy off, easy to dry, folds up and goes back into the baggie it arrived in. If you need a leg to remain dry, this is the cover for you. Instructions say you can swim in it but caution not to keep it on for extended periods of time because your leg will sweat and then your cast gets wet and then doctors will glare at you.

I had ankle surgery and have a bulky splint over it. Since the cover relies only on a tight seal and does not have any cinch mechanism, getting it over my leg is impossible (and extremely painful to try!). Probably fine for hard casts but avoid for post surgical splint.

My daughter had ankle surgery in early August so I bought this so she could still go in our pool. I wasn't sure it would fit over a walking boot but it worked great and stayed tight enough around her knee to keep water out. She's used it in the pool and shower multiple times.

La única pequeña pega es que, al sumergirse, el protector tiende a llenarse de aire y hace que la pierna flote más de lo normal. No llegó a ser un problema importante, pero sí que puede resultar algo incómodo al nadar o mantener el equilibrio en el agua si no se tiene en cuenta. Por lo demás, estamos muy satisfechos con la compra. Ha permitido que mi madre disfrutara un poco más del verano a pesar de la lesión, algo que de otro modo no habría podido hacer. Sin duda lo volveremos a utilizar si vuelve a necesitarlo y lo recomendaríamos a cualquier persona que tenga que mantener una herida o vendaje completamente seco.

This was a lifechanging purchase for 2 months in a cast following surgery. Great quality and seal (even submerged in a bath) - no issues after 2 months of daily use. I had quite a thick plaster cast and was able to get it on, although it did require some assistance in the beginning - I'd rather it be trickier to put on and have a good seal than risk getting the cast wet. Don't think I looked as good in it as the bikini-clad lady in the photos did but I sure felt like a million bucks.

Con questa copertura posso farmi la doccia serenamente, senza paura di bagnare la medicazione: è semplicemente perfetta. Costa un po', ma l'ho preferita ad altre perché, essendo progettata anche per il bagno in mare, si ha la garanzia che non passi nemmeno una goccia. Potersi fare la doccia senza problemi sembra una piccola cosa, ma quando si è ingessati e un po' costretti a casa per la convalescenza, vuol dire tanto: aiuta a mantenere la propria routine di quando si sta bene. Lo consiglio!

C'est super pratique pas seulement quand on a un plâtre mais aussi quand on porte une prothèse de jambes et qu'on ne sait pas rentrer dans la douche ici je rentre avec la prothèse et le seul problème c'est que attention ça glisse dans la baignoire voilà
