Playmobil 4777 Unicorn Take Along Castle

This looks as though it has everything going for it BUT.......it is much smaller than I expected. I needed 2 similar items for my twin grandaughters and the Take Along Unicorn Fairy Land was perfect but this would never be a suitable equivalent present. It just doesn't have the play value of other sets but it is very sweet. I ended up buying the Fairy Island and thankfully both girls were happy with their presents. I did find a very reasonable seller so have kept it but if I had paid more then it would definitely be returned.

This was recommended to me by a friend for my 3 year old for her birthday and she loves it. There are enough pieces to keep her entertained for a while, although some bits are tiny and have already been lost (the flowers for example). There are several other princess playmobil sets that you can combine this with, and I look forward to expanding the collection. It really captures my daughters imagination and she will happily play with this on her own. Its also really transportable so a good one for restaurants!!

Who ever thought of the concept of the Take-A-Long range from Playmobil is a genius. This is my 3rd My-Take-Along and my children love them. They go everywhere with us. They stimulate the mind by using the power of role-play and keep the child amused for a long time. Especially when there is an appointment involved and you are sitting around in a waiting rooms. My only gripe is that sometimes the pieces are so tiny that before you pack up the toy, you really have to double check that you have not left anything behind and that nothing has fallen on the floor.

I got this for my son to take to a friends birthday party. The five year old girl we bought it for loves it. It does have lots of small parts so would not be suitable for smaller children but it is excellent quality and provides hours of imaginative play. I will definitely be buing more as gifts in the future.

It's not as big as I expected & in this case I really do believe you are just paying for the Playmobil name. Saying that its very sweet & my daughter loves the unicorns that come with it. I just expected something a bit more thats all...

This is the first Playmobil product I've bought and although my niece was very happy with it I thought it was very small for the price. I bought it so she could take it with her when she went out but can't imagine it will keep her entertained for that long.I won't be buying Playmobil products for my children in a hurry.

We got this for my daughter who has just been 4. She has a few playmobil items and had seen this in a shop. She has loved playing with the princess who has a detachable dress. She has great fun role playing with this and her other characters.Great item and good price from Amazon tooDoes contain some small parts so be careful with younger ones

This is a very pretty but not particularly exciting to play with. The princess wears a big dress and underneath her legs are stuck together. She cannot even ride her unicorn or have a proper sit down.
