I love that it instantly helped my lower back. I am an editor so I sit for long periods of time at my computer. Before I got this seat cushion for my office chair, after a few minutes my back would hurt and I had to stand up to ease the pain a bit. Now I can sit for much longer periods as I edit other writers' and authors' work. I highly recommend this even for a secretary or boss to use for no back pain!

I have been looking for a good lower back support for work. I have tried a few and they were not comfortable and would not stay in place. I highly recommend this one as it stays in place, provides comfort, and feels like it is good for my back and posture. It arrived very quickly as well. Do yourself a favor and take care of your back. We were not made to sit in chairs all day...

I am wowed by this lumbar pillow. I'm short and chairs are too deep for me when I'm sitting causing poor posture and a sore lower back. Couldn't decide what cushion would work for my kitchen chair that I use all the time as my part-time office for day to day projects, bill paying, etc etc. Had multiple thin cushions trying to get right depth, tied together with string and covered with a pillow case and tucked the edges in. Not very aesthetic looking. Bit the bullet and ordered this pillow. It fits perfect and looks much better than my hodge podge of pillows! As soon as i sat down and leaned back it was an "AHHHH" moment.

I bought this to support my lower back in the car. Tried it twice. Both times it somehow caused me serious pain in the hips & legs!Now, I'm a short guy (5'7"). This pillow came up quite high on my back, almost to the base of the shoulder blades. Support-wise it's quite firm, too. Maybe that's why it hurt me.A taller person may not have so much trouble. Hopefully my case is isolated, but in any event, please consider your height before ordering this one!

I was trying to use a rolled up towel and that was very uncomfortable. I've only had it for a week, so it is hard to judge durability. I have severe lower back pain (broken L5), so the right cushion is so important!

I got this back cushion for work and it is very good has help my back a lot. The one down side for me is it is just a touch to big with the chair I use. It really helps me to sit up and has taken the pressure off my lower back.

I work at a desk for 8 - 9 hours each day and wanted a little extra back support every now and then to improve my posture. I am currently ending day one and I love this cushion. It is thick and very firm, so if you want something softer, you may not like this. Otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase!
