I’m very picky with my strings and don’t like to order singles. Daddario always knocks it out of the park.To me, this is the ideal seven string set for Drop A. I use a 27 inch and a 26.5 inch scale and this works well on both for standard and drop a. The A string has perfect tension for either A or B, and the six strings on top are a very nice balance.

NYXL has been my go to strings for all my guitars. Strings fit perfectly on my Strandberg Standard Boden 7 as described and sound really great. For me, the set does start to lose its tone after 3 months with 2-4 hours of practice everyday, which is great since others last around a month. The strings are very durable, so, you don't have to worry about your strings breaking from strumming hard or overbending. Definitely recommend these strings.

They are strings…. Not much to write about I guess but they are as good as any others I’ve used. Color coded for easy installation. All packed together so I kind of wished they were in individual wraps. Sound great and it’s a balanced set. Great for 8 string guitars would buy them again for sure.

A few years ago I got my first set of NYXL and I've never looked back. They sound amazing, but most importantly is the feel. Super slick, making it easy to move around the fretboard quickly, but not too slick to where you lose accuracy. They bend like no other string I've ever used, and after breaking them in for about a week, they hardly go out of tune from even the gnarliest bends.Highly recommended!

Bought these so I could drop the 8th string down to E and maintain tension, which they're perfect for. I hadn't used 9s in a long time, but honestly I'm digging it, they're so easy to play and bright/resonant. Definitely going to be my go-to strings for my Boden OS8 from now on.

These strings last long, I don't like the thinner ones for my type of tone, but these are still awesome they have that new string sound for so long!If you just wipe down the strings with a cloth after playing they can last a very very long time!I go between these and string joy strings and I cant make up my mind what I like more honestly!

I don't see what other reviews are talking about, the 8th string fits perfect on my strandberg. The winding starts right before the bridge and ends right at the end of the nut. I buy these everytime and they never dissappoint 👍🏻
