Consistent quality that makes a nice loaf
Good flour. As with all gf flour, don't expect the consistency to be like a normal loaf. I bake 2-3 loaves a week using this product. Using the recipe on the pack... if you wish to avoid using egg, I've found a teaspoon (5ml) of chia seeds added to the water really helps, but don't add more or you'll get large holes. Also don't be tempted to make the water warmer than tepid or similarly you'll get holes.
