I always have one of this at home. Taste good and is works well for sore throat.

I fly constantly and I'm prone to sore throats because of it - dry cabin air, back-to-back flights, the usual. I'd tried the standard options and mostly just waited things out. This works immediately. I use it before each flight and at the first sign of a scratchy throat, and the relief is fast enough that I've stopped dreading the onset the way I used to. Catching it early seems to be the key; I don't wait around to see if it develops into something. Taste is fine. Propolis has a reputation for being strong, and it is distinctive, but nothing I have to brace myself for. The bottle is small enough to keep in my bag so it's always there when I need it. If you fly a lot and know that feeling of your throat going rough somewhere over the Atlantic, this is worth having on you.

TBH I didn't know if this stuff would work, but it has been great for me. Whenever I have bad allergies or a cold I use it because there is nothing more annoying that an irritated throat. This stuff won't cure you for sure, it's not meant to, but it definitely helps you get through the day. No weird numbing effect or any side effects at all. It tastes pretty good too, which is a huge plus.

Has the rich, natural taste. It’s minty sweet but not overpowering, with that distinct manuka honey flavor. It’s incredibly soothing and provides almost instant relief for throat irritation. The compact bottle makes it super convenient to carry around, whether I’m traveling or just going about my day. I also appreciate the high-quality ingredients—manuka honey is known for its antibacterial properties, and this spray delivers on its promise of natural wellness support. Sometimes the sprayer does not work.

Just as a solo review of the product itself, the spray works amazing for helping with sore throat symptoms. I've tried a few different products with various ingredients such as Vick's throat spray which completely numbs everything that the spray touches, but this one just gently eases pain and works for a long while without the extreme numbing effect. The taste isn't perfect but it's good for what it is; kind of like a dinner mint steeped in honey. The spray bottle that this comes in is terrible though. I don't know if I was unlucky; both bottles ended up having an issue where the sprayer would get stuck down and take a few minutes to raise up, and the liquid would clog in the nozzle to the point where nearly nothing would come out when I was able to press it again. This happened within ~two days of fairly regular use; I'm not sure if it's a perfect solution just yet but I emptied the contents out into a sanitized 30ml spray bottle and it's been working as a fix to the previous bottle's flaws. This stuff is expensive and you do not get a whole lot, so I'm on the hunt for alternatives for future issues. Sore & itchy throat is something I experience quite often from seasonal allergies and pollen so it's just not sustainable in the long run. I would absolutely recommend trying this if you are looking for the perfect "natural" sore throat spray, it's a great herbal option that strays away from using any of the "-caine" solutions to sore throats.

Works great to soothe throat. Has clean label and alcohol free.

If I get a little tickle in my throat I just give a couple of sprays and it feels better right away. Works especially well for a dry throat.

VERY STRONG TASTE !!! MISLEADING PICTURE. I had been given an alternative brand that has a much more pleasant taste. I had wrongly assumed that all the honey throat sprays would be similar. I did not expect a strong chemical taste I found quite unpleasant. ⁰ There are several reasons i am not happy with the product 1) The picture looks as if you get 2 bottles 2) The price is £4.50 more than a competitor, thus reinforcing the implication you get 2 bottles. 3) The taste is strong and medicinal. 4) The MGO+/UMF10+ Using the old way of recording the honey's active ingredients makes comparison difficult.

I love this and carry it every where in my bag. Also act as breathe refresher

This spray is great to keep on hand during cold season, with a sweet, honey-like taste that feels soothing on the throat. However, the spray nozzle isn’t very reliable as it tends to block after only a few uses, which can be frustrating. I’ve purchased it before and found the same issue with the bottle. For the price and quality of ingredients, I expected better packaging. The product itself is effective, but the delivery system really needs improvement.
