Jimmy's Buffet: Food for Feeding Friends and Feeding Frenzies

As a Jimmy Buffet fan I purchased it more out of curiosity and to have it in my Buffet collection, However, when I looked thru it I found great recipes. Have made a number of them and all turned out great. Everyone I've served says they love the food. A couple are nice twists on some of my long time favorites others recipes I haven't seen before.So a great find for Buffet fans and people wanting a great cookbook.

I have only been able to make a couple of the dishes so far, but they were both delicious. I like the side stories also.
