The phone itself works great, but the service I've gotten from Verizon ... not so much! I've tried several times to activate this phone on their service, to no avail. All it says is that the system can not complete activation, please try again.

worst phone ever
Try to figure out how to text someone! Good luck with that. Touch screen is the worst too! I guess the phone just completely all around sucks. I hate to use that word but it really does. Not worth 2 cents.
