Excellent choice if you're a vegan

Sports Research Vegan Vitamin D3 5000IU (125 mcg) with Coconut Oil are the best. My Vitamin D was low for a while, and after trying three other brands with lower IU doses that didn’t help, I switched to these. The 5000IU made a real difference—after a few months, my levels are perfect. I also appreciate that they’re vegan and Non-GMO Project Verified. I hate taking pills, but the veggie softgels make them easy to swallow. Highly recommend.

If I’m low on Vitamin D, I have a tremor in my hands and sometimes it can make my body shake. I had no idea what caused this most of my life until someone mentioned it’s a symptom of low vitamin D. I started trying various brands and found this brand to be consistently good. No tremor and my vitamin D level on blood tests stays normal.

I have very low levels of vitamin D, mine was around 9 when starting these. My doctor said I was in the dangerous range, under 12 is vitamin D deficiency. My body has trouble absorbing because of the lung condition I have so I was concerned about what vitamin D supplements would work for me. Well, within 6 months of starting these my vitamin D literally doubled! I am now at a little over 18. I take 50,000 units per week- one daily, then two on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (lines up with other meds I take on these days). They are tasteless, easy to take, and almost best of all- vegan! I love these and recommend it to anyone who needs it. I can't honestly say I feel anything differently regarding depression or things like that, but they definitely work to raise your vitamin D level so it must be doing something whether I can tell or not.

I like that the ingredients are vegan although they are not organic, which was sad. Also, it came with a free gift coupon stating “get a free bottle on us.” It’s very misleading, because after filling out the form I chose from six different products, none of which are the product I purchased. I wanted another free bottle of vegan vitamin D, that wasn’t an option. When my package came the air seal on my bottle wasn’t very tight either, which was a little concerning. Other than that I hope the product works great.

This product does it! My doctor recommended that I take a vitamin D supplement but I am vegan and D3 can be animal derived. I found this plant-based option and it worked! My vitamin D levels are normal according to my recent bloodwork. This is on repeat for me!

I HAVE BEEN ALLERGIC TO WOOL MY ENTIRE LIFE. I GOT AN ALLERGIC REACTION FROM TAKING THE VITAMIN D3 SUPPLEMENT MADE OF WOOL. FORTUNATELY; I FOUND THIS VEGAN D3 VITAMIN. I STARTED TAKING THIS VEGAN D3 VITAMIN MADE OF THE PLANT SUBSTANCE LICHEN; AND I HAVE NO ADVERSE REACTION.
