Sports Research Vegan Vitamin D3 5000IU (125 mcg) with Coconut Oil are the best. My Vitamin D was low for a while, and after trying three other brands with lower IU doses that didn’t help, I switched to these. The 5000IU made a real difference—after a few months, my levels are perfect. I also appreciate that they’re vegan and Non-GMO Project Verified. I hate taking pills, but the veggie softgels make them easy to swallow. Highly recommend.

I have very low levels of vitamin D, mine was around 9 when starting these. My doctor said I was in the dangerous range, under 12 is vitamin D deficiency. My body has trouble absorbing because of the lung condition I have so I was concerned about what vitamin D supplements would work for me. Well, within 6 months of starting these my vitamin D literally doubled! I am now at a little over 18. I take 50,000 units per week- one daily, then two on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays (lines up with other meds I take on these days). They are tasteless, easy to take, and almost best of all- vegan! I love these and recommend it to anyone who needs it. I can't honestly say I feel anything differently regarding depression or things like that, but they definitely work to raise your vitamin D level so it must be doing something whether I can tell or not.

I have use it before very useful

I have been taking vitamin D daily due to the information I learned from Joe Rogan Experience #1474 with Dr. Rhonda Patrick. Apparently vitamin D is an essential hormone that many people are deficient in. Not anymore! I'm taking 5,000 IU daily of vegan vitamin D3 to strengthen my immune system and ward of the evil Covy-19. I'm liking the product, but I did subtract one point due to the appearance of the capsules which seem to have an issue of the contents settling and showing an inconsistency in the liquid.

This product does it! My doctor recommended that I take a vitamin D supplement but I am vegan and D3 can be animal derived. I found this plant-based option and it worked! My vitamin D levels are normal according to my recent bloodwork. This is on repeat for me!

I HAVE BEEN ALLERGIC TO WOOL MY ENTIRE LIFE. I GOT AN ALLERGIC REACTION FROM TAKING THE VITAMIN D3 SUPPLEMENT MADE OF WOOL. FORTUNATELY; I FOUND THIS VEGAN D3 VITAMIN. I STARTED TAKING THIS VEGAN D3 VITAMIN MADE OF THE PLANT SUBSTANCE LICHEN; AND I HAVE NO ADVERSE REACTION.

If I’m low on Vitamin D, I have a tremor in my hands and sometimes it can make my body shake. I had no idea what caused this most of my life until someone mentioned it’s a symptom of low vitamin D.
