This product worked well for me. I thoroughly cleaned the shower floor as directed and dried (I helped the drying process by directing a fan into the stall) The clear formula lives up to its name. Absolutely clear. Easy to apply too. I let my application dry for about 36 hours before I used the shower. I am sure it could have been used much sooner, but I wanted to give it a longer time to cure, just to be safe.We have a soft water system and the floor can feel pretty slippery, especially after rinsing off soap and hair products. This coating feels like a gentle sandpaper and allows for foot comfort with no slippage. We shall see how long it lasts on the surface. Three months now and I haven't noticed any wear.Seems pricey at first glance, but VERY well worth it!Update--Oct. 30, 2022. Still is great!!

Great non-slip product. I split the 2 oz. bottle between our shower and tub by applying it only to the likely areas of slippage. Couldn't be easier to apply - just pour a little and spread with the included roller. Important - for me anyway - the initial application seemed way to rough, maybe even a little sharp, to walk on so the fix was quite easy. Just make a sanding block with a 6" or so piece of wood, like a 2x4, wrap a sheet of coarse sandpaper (40-60 grit) on one side of the wood block, and sand off all the rough/sharp spots. Super quick and the final result is terrific. Don't let this product slip away. :o)

As we age, daily tasks seem to come with greater and greater risk. Showering in our tub is no exception. The floor has been slippery for some time but relying on quick reflexes to prevent a fall has kind of gone by the wayside. Clearly we are not alone in this. With a healthy degree of skepticism we decided to try this rather that adhering strips or having to deal with bath mats. Application was straightforward, we followed the instructions as written and achieved surprisingly good results. Immediately, our confidence went way up as our feet felt very stable while showering, exactly the result we were hoping for. We are quite pleased with this product. If it wears away over time, reapplying it is easy and inexpensive. The only negative I can point to is the feel of the material on the tub floor should one choose to bathe. It's rather gritty to sit on but again, a small price to pay for safety.An added star! Originally, I held back one star due to the gritty feeling one experiences when taking a bath. What we are finding though is that after a short time, that abrasive feeling has diminished considerably without affecting the anti-slip feel underfoot. We are very pleased to have found this product. It deserves five stars.

This product works great. I love that it did put a non slip coating on the shower stall. So glad to be done with mats that lose their grip. Was easy to put on.

After peeling and reapplying nonslip treads a couple of times over the years, we decided to try a more permanent solution. This stuff is great and I can’t slip anymore if I wanted to! It’s very easy to apply. Clean the surface with an abrasive cleaner then maybe some bleach. This solution dries clear and you will see whatever is underneath. Rinse and thoroughly dry. Consider taping the border with painters tape for a more professional look. Then just pour and roll. A little goes a long way. I’d say half the bottle is plenty for one standup shower. Wait about a hour and remove the painters tape. Now allow it to dry and cure for 24 hours for best results. Now shower without slipping ever again!

This was easy to apply....I used a spray on Germicide cleaner with a hand-held, battery operated rotating pedbrush to clean the tub first. DO NOT USE CLEANSER! Make certain it is dry, then to be extra cautious,I wiped down the tub with paper towel saturated with alcohol. This helps it dry faster and eliminates any residue from cleaner. My tub is fiberglass, and I am 80 yrs old and it is like standing on an ice-cube when it is wet! I used half the bottle....applied a little bit at a time, and worked toward the drain from the back of the tub. It is not uncomfortable to stand on but woul probably scratch up your heinie if you sat on it; just soak a hand towel and sit on that. Old people don't sit down into a tub because it's hard to stand up from a seated position but this product would definitely allow you to get a foothold if you are elderly and not too steady on your feet and still bathing in a tub. It is pricey for such a little dab of liquid when you figure the cost per ounce and that there are 128 ounces in a gallon! A bit greedy!

I bought and applied this product 2 months ago, being sure to follow the instructions. It was easy to apply. I allowed over 24 hours for it to cure/dry/whatever it has to do. Worked great with a surface that's not unpleasant on the feet while at the same time making the surface of the tub slip-resistant. I've avoided all the cleaning products they advise again, and here we are 2 months out and the product is starting to peel off the tub. I figured it would eventually do that, based on other reviews, but I didn't think it would happen so soon.

Great solution that dries clear. Easy to apply to your tub. Works well. You just have to be careful which cleaning products you use otherwise it can start to come off
