there is conflicting info on protein ratios. can you tell me, if you have nut issues, if you experienced any outbreaks or hives from eating these? ty

We have not heard of anyone telling us that they have hives after eating our Tiger Nuts. As you know they are Not actually nuts at all, they are a tuber, which makes them vegan. Hope this helps, and if you have any other questions, please ask away. The Tiger Nuts Team.

Are these from Northern Africa?

Hi Kathy,We import our Tiger Nuts from our growers in Valencia Spain.Hope this helps,Tiger Nuts

Can you eat as such or do you need to peel first?

you need to soak them before you eat them

Are these nuts peeled or do they have husks on them?

The Premium Organic Tiger Nuts have an outer skin, which is completely edible. Our Supreme Peeled Tiger Nuts are the same product with the outer skin removed and a little easier to chew. Hope this helps.
