I would highly recommend this product.
My original plan is to purchase this scalp massager as a gift for a friend. After testing using it, I decide to keep it. This product improves my life quality. It relieves my stress and fatigue. I can sleep better after using it to massage my head, neck, even my legs or arms. It never tangles my long curly hair. My 10-month old is so curious about this machine that he likes to use his tiny hand to follow the moves of the fingertips of the massager and giggles. Another thing that I love about this product is that it is very portable and user friendly. This massager is very light and fits my small hands well. Its design is simple. You only need to press one button to adjust speeds and rotations and hold it for several seconds to make it stop. Plus, it can be charged cordlessly, very handy. As it is water-proved, I can use it in the different environments such as, in the office or taking a bath. Generally speaking, it is a decent product.

Doesn't Do As Described
Genuinely upset I missed the return window. The heat doesn't work. There is not enough pressure around the eyes (basically nonexistent). Not sure if I got a dud, but I will not be purchasing from this company again. Useless

More than pleasantly surprised
I wasn't sure with all of the bad reviews if I should get this, but I'm glad I did! It's awesome! The day it came in I had a headache so it was perfect to try immediately. Charged pretty fast within an hour. It really hits the sinus and temple really well. I am not a fan of the bird sounds with a headache but it connects to YouTube music and I can just do soft meditation music or ASMR. I had to stop myself from falling asleep in it! My husband stole it for the moment but as soon as I'm done writing this I'm taking it back lol

Needs a little work
In theory this was exactly what I was looking for but the product needs a bunch of work. The scalp massager is more like a kneader, doesn’t really work at all. The temple massage function needs a lot more power and the massager head needs to dig in more. This product is way over priced too, maybe if they released an upgraded one I’d consider it but I’d pass on this.

Unfortunately mine was dead straight out of the box
I was really looking forward to this. When it arrived i immediately attempted to turn it on. When nothing happened I assumed it was just needing a charge so I charged it for the remainder of the day and throughout the night attempted to use the product the next day when I got off of work and it beeped twice but nothing was lighting up on the display not too much to really troubleshoot as far as the manual was concerned I tried a different electrical outlet I tried different charging cables no difference I assumed it was just dead out of the box at that point very unfortunate I don't think I will be buying another one to see if I like it or not at this point considering I don't know the lifespan for the product. Big turn off when the product arrives DOA and I had high hopes for it.

It’s better than the reviews make it seem.
I love mine, I can’t wait for the next generation. It’s all about how you adjust it. Don’t over use it or it will become counterproductive. It feels so good if you adjust it right that you might over do it, try once every other day for 5-10 min to acclimate to it.

Had a lot of hope, but in the end it just caused more pain then relief
I really wanted to like this thing. Truly. Unfortunately it is a great idea, but the mechanics of it are just not there. Despite playing with how tight or loose the helmet was, it still felt painful when massaging. The top part that is supposed to get the top of your head fails pretty miserably as well. It just hardly works and doesn't set right on my head. The sounds of the mechanics working is SO LOUD. Even with the stream and birds chirping, its all I can hear. Not to mention the relaxing sound just repeats itself with no other options kind of sucks as well. Sorry, this is just not a good use of money. If you like super hard head massages, then maybe you would like it. But I would recommend ear plugs too.
