I’m very happy with these earplugs! They are comfortable to wear, even for the whole night, and they do a great job of blocking out unwanted noise. I’ve been sleeping much better since I started using them. The material is soft, they fit securely, and they don’t cause any discomfort. They’re also easy to carry and reusable, which makes them a great value for the price. I would definitely recommend these earplugs to anyone looking for a simple and effective way to enjoy more peace and quiet.

if you have narrow ear canals, these are the best you’ll find. There are two considerations for small ear canals: first is obviously the size, but the second that seems overlooked by manufacturers is the rebound force of the foam. these hearos are narrow and use a foam that fills the ear canals without applying too much pressure trying to restore its original shape. it’s really the low rebound strength which make these comfortable to wear all night, every night. i travel a lot and hotels around the country are hit or miss for noise, even if they are higher end brands. a couple pairs live in my travel toiletries bag. at home, i keep these in the night stand because we live on a canal in south florida, and there are a lot of limpkins who scream all night, and they are one of the loudest birds on the planet (google it.) these earplugs help keep my sanity. i’ve even put these in when we’re expected to get severe storms overnight, and while they don’t help with loud thunderclaps that shake everything, heavy rains become inaudible. regarding sanitation, i wipe these every couple of days with a tiny alcohol prep pad. zero buildup, so this pack should last a year or two.

These ear plugs are the most comfortable and easiest to put in, out of three other ones I’ve tried for small canalsI.’ve tried Macks purple and pink, and they’re not bad but they’re sort of hard to get in my ear canal and they are longer than these and when they expand, they push out and eventually that hurts my ears. I ride a motorcycle so I wear these under my helmet. I’ve used one pair or two of the Ninos for over a week now, and they don’t over expand. The other oneI tried was the children’s airplane silicone ones even after shortening the little plastic piece that fits inside of it they still hurt my ears after about 15 minutes. Plus, they’re hard to keep up with. I don’t really know if they’re a lot quieter than the other ones, but they block out my muffler and the wind noise. I don’t have any problem hearing my helmet headset either. These are now my go to earplugs. I like that you get a lot of of them at one time. after over a year of trying different ones. I finally found ones that work for me.

just the right size

These are fantastic. I've been through a box of these already, and it was time to replenish. My ears are too small for the standard-size foam ear plugs, but these fit great. I see a lot of live music so I distribute these among my many purses so I'm never without ear plugs (or a pair to share). Of course these don't cancel sound quite as well as a more durable, reusable ear plug (like Loops or Eargasms), and I own those too, but I sometimes forget to move those to the purse I'm using (or I unexpectedly end up at a music venue), so these come in handy a lot. And after a night of live music with these, my ears aren't ringing, so it seems like they're doing a pretty good job.

I have small ears and regular earplugs don't fit. These fit perfectly! And I can sleep through whatever the heck happens in the morning at my noisy apartment complex. I can typically use these 4+days without issue. On the 5th-6th night they lose some of the bounce back and they don't stay in place all night like the first few nights I use them. By night 7-8 they don't have the same noise blocking and they pop out in the night. But the color is super bright so they're easy to see if they do come out! I will keep buying these because they have drastically improved my sleep.

I have been using Hearos products for around 7 years now and this is the first time I find a product from them that having weird quality problem. As you can see in my photos, there are small defects on almost every earplug, some of them are not cut correctly, and some of them have weird parts sticking to the top of the earplug. I would not recommend the product if you want clean cut and good-looking earplugs. On top of the quality issue, the earplug is also not "nano" enough. I have been using ultimate softness version for around 7 years now and I can say the Nano version is smaller than the ultimate softness version, BUT exert the same amount of force to your inner ear canal. So if you are looking for an easier fitting earplug, this is not it, it's just physically small. Overall, my recommendation is to get the ultimate softness version since it's cheaper and does a better job at noise cancelling. Update 1, After communicating with the seller, I was told this seems to be a one off issue and will be receiving a replacement shipment. I will update once I receive the new shipment. Update 2, Received the new shipment, the problem is still there. So I really enjoyed the customer service but it does seem like this product still need some refining. The quality of the material is very high but the QA is questionable at this moment. I will update my review again if I decide to try again couple months later but at this moment I can't give more than a 3 star review.

Very good noise reduction. No pain like with larger sizes in petite ears. These have been a game changer for my sleep.

I don't often feel compelled to write product reviews, but I am making an exception for these because they're incredible. I recently developed a random allergy to the standard foam ear plugs I've been wearing nightly for about 14 years, leading to horribly painful swelling, cutting, and infections in my ears. I had no clue what was going on and I tried every kind of substitute ear plug I could find- nothing worked. I still ended up with immense pain and infections. I'm super sensory averse and physically incapable of sleeping without ear plugs in, so this has been a super stressful (and excruciating) process... UNTIL I FOUND THESE! These ear plugs are extra small, made of a totally different material, and I can barely feel them. Even better, the noise-canceling quality is phenomenal. I'm finally going to be able to sleep pain free and without risking dangerous infections. Highly highly recommend!!!

The package was open on arrival. It's at least supposed to be a sealed packet given the purpose.

I have had problems with my left ear for many years and it does not take much wind to cause an ear infection, usually at least twice a year, spring and fall. I enjoy walking outside throughout the year 5 to 8 kilometers a day and I find the standard size ear plugs are hard to keep in place. I am very pleased with these small earplugs. They slide in easily and remain in place surprisingly well. So far no ear infection.

There really are pretty small. Great for kids or small ears. Nice foam.
