I purchased these because the prince was really great compared to the actual Brother ink. And while it was extremely easy to install and the Black, Yellow and Cyan worked fine with the printer (although there is a '?' over the ink display) - the Magneta ink is not compatible with the Brother MFC-J491DW printer I have and it will not accept it at all, even after doing the troubleshooting I could find (cleaning the chip, dust, etc). Which means I cannot print at all because the printer will not print even just black if one of the other inks are empty or not compatible (which is a printer problem, I know). I am very frustrated that I bought this and all but the Magneta can be read by the printer. Can't advise on printer quality because I can't print at all with Magneta not being compatible.

I had ordered this before with no interaction from the company. This time, I received multiple emails about installing it. etc. Yeah, I suspect that's because they were aware they were no longer going to work, at all, in Brother printers. So, either buy a different printer, or bite the bullet and pay the outrageous price for Brother cartridges, because Allworks ink is just going to be money thrown away.

Installed perfectly and we haven’t had any issues. Aside from the printer not recognizing the cartridges (marked by the ? in the color status bar) they work just as well as brand name ones.Shipping was quick via Prime. I highly recommend these cartridges.

I have a new Brother printer I installed a few months ago. This is my first ink change and it could not be easier.I am pleased with the quick delivery and the apparent quality of the inks. Time will tell how long they last, but they appear to be high quality and are much cheaper than the Brother original.

I love the price of these ink cartridges vs the name brand and I really don't see any difference in print quality. My only complaint is that te printer always says that there isn't enough ink to print when the cartridge is still 1/2 full. I still think its a better deal than buying the name brand!

This is the worst product I have EVER gotten from Amazon. Shame on them for even carrying it. The ink leaks and makes a huge mess. Do not buy unless for some reason you are forced to do so!

Very poorly made, leaked all over me when I opened the package, the cartridges were in. They leaked fromA small hole at the front, not the tube that delivers the ink to the printer. I live at a higher altitude over 5000 ft. It is not unusual to have this happen. I am guessing that were probably packed at a lower altitude also it was impossible to remove the stickers from the lower front of the tube.

After having read some negative reviews, I was hesitant to try them out. But for the price, I thought it would be worth the risk. I was pleasantly surprised! I followed the included instructions they immediately worked as advertised. I will be purchasing these again. Good Stuff!
