After several months of variable, often severe, heel pain due to plantar fasciitis I ordered these insoles and after 5 days of wearing them, everything seems to be calming down. I've worn orthotics insoles for over pronation for about 3 years, not these ones but a harder podiatrist prescribed one which worked really well for the pronation problem and knee and hip pain associated until I developed PF,and then it seemed to make the heel problem worse. The new insoles give great support as well as cradling my heel in what feels like a sort of memory foam and because they are full length and take up more space than my others, keep my foot still in my shoe. That's a point however - I'm glad it's winter now because I can wear them in boots and trainers that come higher up on my foot for additional support. In pumps or sandals, I couldn't wear these particular insoles. They also fit much better in a wider shoe, although I've happily got them into my little ankle boots to wear for smarter times. The Soother insoles really do what they say and are such a godsend I ordered 2 more pairs so I don't have to keep moving them around. I wear them in my slippers too. I'd given up walking for exercise and pleasure in the last few weeks because of the pain, but with these insoles I've walked miles in the last few days in this lovely warm sunny autumn weather with no ill effects. I can't believe how much they've helped and how much better I feel. A very unpleasant side effect of the PF was low backache,knee and hip pain, despite Pilates and heel stretching exercises. Now all gone. Seriously I'd recommend these to anyone with heel pain. Thank you so much.

Very comfortable as I work 12 and 1/2 hour shifts. Support my flat feet well but I only have one problem.... because these particular insoles are raised quite a lot in the shoe,my feet are pressing on the top of my shoes making them tight fitting. I will have to get new shoes with more room for my feet for these insoles, but I AM pleased with them and I can use them in other shoes . I'm going to order a thinner insole for these shoes and I'm really pleased because Sole Control have also sent me a code for free delivery if I order another set of insoles. Would recommend these to anyone as I've suffered with flat feet and pronation of the foot since I was a child and I've tried other insoles.My ankle is so sore nowadays and these HAVE already given me relief on my night duty. And does relieve my back and knee joint.These are by far the best . Also they were delivered really quickly.

Looking for deep meaning with a splash of blue in your life? Or maybe you despise blue but love that gel lush comfort.. either way this is honestly one soft snazzy product. I bought these for myself when the soles of my Dr. Martens had become so worn that wearing them would simulate stepping deep into the fiery pits of hell, occasionally feeling my foot penetrated by the carcasses of fallen sinful men but the moment I switched to Sole Control Soothers Ultra Soft Orthotics Shoe Insoles with reinforced Arch I felt the gates of heaven open and beneath me nothing but delicate mushy clouds and pink candy floss with rainbows...Back down to Earth however getting these you can't really go wrong. Perhaps you do have issues with "plantar fasciitis, flat feet, fallen arches, pronation" and I could easily see this helping in those situations considering they remind me of the inserts I used to wear to treat my scoliosis. Even as an individual just looking to replace the soles of their shoes so that those hiking boots that have walked 500 miles will be able to walk 500 more. These are honestly, just pretty much great.The Negative thing I have to say with them however is as someone who must clearly walk in a way to wear out my shoes quickly, the soles have lasted just over a month without showing signs of wear. They are starting to curl in on the top layer now but I would suspect them to last me another 2-3 months before they're in need of a replacement, and to be fair. for this level of quality for only £7.95 with next day delivery, I would most certainly buy these again and again when I need my soles replacing.

These are the "Goldilocks" of insoles - comfortably soft and with just the right amount of arch support. I bought these to help with plantar fasciitis after having tried a couple of other types of insoles that didn't really work for me. Others either gave not enough support or were too hard or painful to wear.These are just right - my feet are loving them. Will be buying more.Great for boots or trainers, probably too bulky for shoes.

Insoles are great and have made such a big difference! I've tried a wide range of orthotics with a mixture of success in order to try and help with and remove the pain caused by plantar fasciitis which I have suffered with for months now. Fortunately a friend of mine that I have been exercising with in order to be active and fit recommended these to me and I am so glad they did, soft & supportive!

This is truly a great product for those of us with fallen arches ,or who may spend all day on their feet . Reinforcement in my case for feet that have spent 30 years in flat shoes ...now finding the aches and pains across foot and ankle is no longer bearable. So I saw these and gave them a whirl ...price is essentially equal to three trips to a coffee shop ...and SO much better for my feet!!! I have in 2 days ,no kidding, felt a tremendous relief from slipping them in my boots or shoes . They were slightly on the large side,but I followed the package instructions and cut the toe area ( which incidentally is well marked for you to use as a guideline on the back ) to make them a little shorter ,and ....relief .Very impressed...hope they last a good while ,because I'll be wearing them daily. I'll add to this review in a couple of months!

SUFRO DE FASCITIS PLANTAR DESDE HACE YA MAS DE 5 AÑOS, Y CON ESTA PLANTILLA PUDE ALIVIAR UN POCO EL DOLOR, ESTA MUY BIEN Y SOPORTA MUY BIEN EL PIE. LA QUE TENÍA LA HE PERDIDO Y LA VERDAD ES QUE ESTOY PENSANDO EN COMPRAR OTRA.GENIAL!!!!

Secondo me non valgono i soldi spesi. I plantari sono particolarmente spessi che non ci si riesce più a chiudere le scarpe.
