I'm a multi-unit pizza chain operator where we weigh our topping portions. In our busy environment, these take some abuse. They stand up to the abuse fairly well, given the cost per item. The only things I would change about these scales are:1. Offer/include a protective clear plastic protective cover for the display part (i.e. anti-microbial keyboard protectors). The constant use results in food getting stuck in the buttons over time.2. Make them wireless without the cord. We have to separate the unit and the cords often times get in the way. Obviously this would increase pricing but our company would gladly pay a little more for that feature option, as a lot of times we hit the cord and that is what damages the unit when it falls off the make line.

We use these for our pizza business to keep food in line. They’re great.

This is work great in make line some time get none working scale.
