LOVE IT!
I have been using Carroll Shelby's chili kits since the 70's. I love this mix, gives an awesome flavor & texture (from a separate optional masa mix) to the chili. They include some hot chili powder so you control the spice level you want. Great stuff & when I saw Amazon had a multi pack it was a no brainer to get it. I shared a few with my son & his wife who were thrilled. I keep it in the rotation for other styles of chili I make.

Look, I've got to admit - I have no idea what the connection between Ford cars and Matt Damon and chili is. But, whatever. You all know what this is - it's a classic chili spice mix. I am sure chili purists will object to using it, but for those of us who just want a good tasty chili this is perfect. Reliable results every time. You know this - but the beauty of this is I can order it and have it here the next day! Marvelous. Some of the grocery stores near me don't sell this, which is annoying (or maybe they don't have it). Jeff Bezos' warehouse of toys always has the chili spice I need, and for that I salute him and give him a pass on sending Katy Perry to space.

Best tasting chili in my opinion thank you
I remember this chiliwhen I was younger I thought it was good then found it on Amazon. Did you make plenty of good tasting chili that you could get in a can I will admit that but this is the utmost best show you can buy to make yourself you can use different cuts or styles of meats. Beef works the best. if you like chili and you don't mind making it out of a box it's a real good chili. Highly recommended. I give it a 10 out of 10 of course when you're cooking it, you can add other things to make it a little more spicy but if you don't mind it being a little spicy, it's really good, but you can always leave the spice out if you want.

Best chili mix
I have used this chili mix for years, but could no longer find it in any of the grocery stores. I was so happy to discover that Amazon carries it and will continue to order it in the future. Thanks Amazon!

This is really good! Comes with packets to thicken and add some extra heat if desired.
My go to! Not real spicy but seems to have just the right amount of it for people who can handle it a bit. Really good.

MOST I EVER PAID FOR SPICES
Good product no question but who made up the price charged-I bought it on a whim I love Chili and wanted to try it with Moose meat-it was expensive but it must be good right?- well it is very good but once I was aware of the product and started seeing it at other locations I realized I was truly robbed -before you buy look around -I found it as low as $2.08 USD per single kit plus shipping-Amazon was nice enough to charge me $40 plus in Canadian dollars for a two package kit which is out there for $4.16 they are so nice -but they did give me free shipping over $35.00 ( it only took 6 weeks) but HOORAY for CARROLL SHELBY anyway

A decent, basic product, but beat out by a competitor.
This kit from an iconic chef made a good chili, no doubt about it - but I MUCH prefer WICK FOWLER'S kits (which are extremely difficult to secure here in Canada). The Fowler kits are more flexible, and have a more flavourful chili heat. I would buy this again though if the other still can't be found. Second Prize!
