Charges the battery
My Sony action cam was no longer charging the battery from its USB port. I got this as the cheapest on prime on the off chance it would work. First of all, the battery needs put in upside down. If it shows a blue light when you have inserted the battery, flip the battery and reinsert. A red light shows it is charging. Once charging is complete, it is shows a blue light.. For those used to quick charging, this isn't quick. The charger itself is light and simple. It will work plugged into a PC, a phone charger, a power bank and any USB 5v socket. It's low weight and small size makes it ideal for packing on trekking trips. For the price it does the job and is value for money.

Awful product, the battery type it claims to be able to charge doesn't fit in the charger pack
Sorry for my non technical language but the positive and negative points don't touch the part of the charger they are meant to to create a charge to power the battery. I checked before purchasing that it was for the correct corresponding battery type that I required and it said it was compatible - well its clearly not, its clearly cheap tat and doesn't work. Just another poorly made product that will end up in landfill. Not fit for purpose - would recommend to buy elsewhere.
